Where are you?
25241 FM 2978, Suite B, Tomball, near NorthPointe.
What time do you open?
6:30 AM Monday through Friday, and we're open until 7 PM. Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM. Closed Sunday.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. In by 9 AM, out by 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
How does the drop box work?
Set up an account at the counter during business hours and we'll give you a laundry bag with your name on it. After that, fill your bag and leave it in the drop box any time, day or night. We check it in when we open.
Do you clean leather, suede and fur?
Yes. Leather, suede and fur get specialist cleaning that protects the hide and fur, so they take longer than everyday dry cleaning. We'll give you a ready date at drop-off.
Do you sew on patches?
Yes. Scout merit badges, military and police patches, FFA patches, company logos and name tapes.
How much do shirts and jeans cost?
Shirts from $3.25, heavy starch jeans from $6.25, pants from $5.25, suit jackets from $8.49. Other items are priced by garment.
What discounts do you offer?
New customer savings on your first visit, a discount every visit for veterans, active military, law enforcement and ISD employees, and 3% back in store credit on everything.
How does the rewards credit work?
3% of everything you spend is added to your account automatically. Use it on future orders at Premier.
What happens if an item is lost or damaged?
We reimburse up to 10 times the cleaning charge for that garment, usually as store credit, unless a higher value was declared at drop-off. Report problems within 48 hours with your receipt.
How long will you hold my order?
Please pick up within 30 days. We aren't responsible for orders left longer.
Did you move?
Yes. Premier Cleaners moved to 25241 FM 2978, Suite B. Same people, same service.
Is Premier part of Classic Cleaners?
Yes. Same owners. Clothes are cleaned at the Classic Cleaners plant in Tomball, and our discounts work at all four stores.
